I approach every property with an engineer’s eye. I like to tell my clients to not be offended if I bypass a beautifully renovated kitchen, only to descend directly to the basement to check out the “bones” of the home. I also have extensive experience with a broad spectrum of lender financing including Fannie Mae 203k, Homestyle, Homepath, and private, short-term, hard-money lending for investment and/or construction purchasing. I have worked with every program available and provided a helpful guide on financing timeframes and lending expectations.
